MPS Chartered Surveyors is able to undertake the role of CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and is fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance. The role in undertaking the CDM Co-ordinator duties are as follows Planning, coordination and management of the safety process throughout construction projects, including advice to ensure clients' compliance with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations.
