MPS Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been appointed by The Joshua Tree charity for the construction of their forthcoming Holiday House and Support Centre in Cheshire. The Holiday House development will provide free of charge short holiday breaks to children with life threatening illnesses and their families. We are pleased to have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators and are proud  that it will be our latest community project. MPS Chartered Surveyors have been appointed by Alpla (UK) Limited as Client's Representative on the first phase of the conversion of the former Vimto drinks production into a plastic bottle production facility. The second phase will comprise the construction of a 28m high, 5,000m2 warehousing facility.

MPS Chartered Surveyors have been appointed as cost consultant on the proposed new Tameside College campus. The project comprises the construction of 30,250 m2 (325,617 sqft) of flagship construction of a new sustainable college campus over two sites.
